Fjord Cruise Vester\u00e5len is then responsible for delivering the products\/experiences you have booked, while you become financially responsible for the booking.\n\nAt the moment you make a booking, you also confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any travel companions. You accept responsibility for ensuring that payment is made to us for all travellers in your party. You are responsible for ensuring that the reservation matches your booking. Customers must comply with all rules and instructions provided by us.<\/p><p>Fjord Cruise Vester\u00e5len reserves the right to refuse participation in a tour if a customer poses a safety risk to themselves or others, or if the customer behaves in a way that causes significant inconvenience to other participants.<\/p><p>By making a reservation, participants confirm that there are no medical reasons to question their ability to take part in the described program. Instructions given by guides must be followed. If these instructions are not respected, our guides are authorized to exclude the participant from further participation in the tour.
